1The short version
- No accounts, no sign-in, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. (Your browser remembers which wallet you last connected, on your device only, so it can reconnect.)
- Fragments works from public blockchain data: which wallets swapped, how much, and their public balance and history. That's how it picks who receives fragments.
- Your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse, and kept for at most a day.
- You can opt your wallet out in one step, and ask us to delete what we hold about it.
2Who we are
Fragments is run by [operator name], who decides how this data is used. Contact: [contact email].
3What we record
Active wallets (from the public blockchain). For wallets seen swapping on pump.fun, PumpSwap or Jupiter: the wallet address, when it swapped and how much, its SOL balance, roughly how old it is and how many transactions it has made, and the score we work out from those to rank wallets. We also record every fragment we send: to which wallet, which coin, when, and what it cost.
If you launch a coin. Your wallet address, and the coin's name, ticker, description, image and links. The coin details and image are published on IPFS and the blockchain, which are public and permanent.
If you opt out. The wallet address and when you opted out, so we can keep honouring it.
Technical data. Your IP address, used to limit how often launches, opt-outs and transactions can be sent from one place. It's kept in our database for at most a day. Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for a limited time.
We don't ask for your name, email or anything else, and we never see your wallet's private keys. Your wallet app may collect data of its own under its own policy.
4Why we use it
To run Fragments: to choose which wallets receive fragments (and skip bots, exchanges and wallets that opted out), to send them, to launch coins, to publish the public ledger, and to keep the service secure and working.
Where data-protection law such as the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, and on your request when you launch a coin or opt out. We don't make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects: the score only decides who may receive a free token.
5What's public
The ledger publishes every fragment sent (recipient wallet, coin, cost and transaction) and every fee collected. All of it is on the Solana blockchain anyway. Wallet scores, balances and opt-outs are not published.
7How long we keep it
- IP addresses for rate limiting: at most a day.
- Records of fragments sent and fees collected: permanently, as the public ledger (they're on the blockchain anyway).
- Opt-outs: for as long as Fragments runs, so we keep honouring them.
- Wallet activity and scores: while Fragments runs, or until you ask us to delete yours.
8Your choices and rights
To stop receiving fragments, opt out; no signature or account needed.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about your wallet, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email [contact email] with the wallet address. We can't change or delete anything on the blockchain or IPFS, and we keep an opted-out wallet's address so we can keep leaving it out. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
9Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
