1What Fragments is
Fragments is software, run by [operator name] (“we”), that lets you launch a coin on pump.fun with its creator fees routed to a wallet Fragments controls. Those fees buy the coin and send one token of it (a “fragment”) to active Solana wallets. Every fee and every send is published on the public ledger.
By using the site, launching a coin or holding a fragment you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use Fragments.
2Who can use it
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and allowed by the laws where you live to use crypto-asset services like this one. You may not use Fragments if you are subject to sanctions, or from a place where using it is prohibited. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including on tax.
3Your wallet is yours
Fragments never holds your funds or your keys. Every transaction you make is signed in your own wallet and sent to the Solana network, where it is final and can't be reversed, by you or by us. Check every transaction before you sign it.
Keeping your wallet and recovery phrase safe is your responsibility. We will never ask for them.
4Launching a coin
When you launch a coin through Fragments:
- The coin is created on pump.fun, and pump.fun's own terms apply to it. Fragments isn't affiliated with pump.fun.
- The coin's creator on pump.fun is a wallet Fragments controls, created for that coin alone. Its creator fees go there, not to you. You can't claim or redirect them, and neither can we; only pump.fun can change a coin's creator.
- Those fees pay to buy the coin and send fragments of it. 10% of every coin's collected fees goes to the main Fragments token instead. The share applying when you launch is shown on the launch form.
- You pay the network fees and deposits to create the coin, plus any first buy you choose. Fragments charges nothing else.
- We don't promise any trading, price, number of fragments sent or number of holders. How many fragments a coin sends depends entirely on how much it is traded.
- We may pause or stop sending a coin's fragments at any time, for example to keep within daily spending limits, because something looks wrong, or because the coin breaks these terms. Its unspent fees then stay in its wallet and are shown on the ledger.
5What you can launch
You must have the right to use your coin's name, ticker, image, description and links. Don't launch anything that infringes someone else's rights, impersonates a person, brand or project, misleads people about what the coin is, or is unlawful, hateful, sexual involving minors, or designed to defraud.
Coin images and details are stored on IPFS and on the Solana blockchain, which are public and permanent: we can't delete them. We can remove a coin from this site and stop sending its fragments, and we will when it breaks these terms.
6Receiving fragments
Wallets that recently swapped on pump.fun, PumpSwap or Jupiter may receive fragments without asking. Receiving one isn't an endorsement of the coin by anyone, and it doesn't mean the coin has, or will have, any value. You don't need to do anything with it.
You can stop receiving fragments at any time; it applies from the next batch. You can also burn a fragment and close its token account to recover the account deposit.
7No advice, real risk
Nothing on Fragments is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Coins launched here are speculative, can lose all their value, and may never be traded at all.
Fragments relies on systems we don't control: the Solana network, pump.fun and PumpSwap, wallets, and RPC and hosting providers. They can fail, change or be attacked. Software, including ours, can have bugs.
8Our responsibility
We provide Fragments “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or stop the site or the service at any time.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from the value of any coin, from transactions you sign, or from the systems listed above. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.
You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by a coin you launched or by your breaking these terms.
9Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you launch applies to that launch. Using Fragments after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
